We are excited to announce the public release of the Plant Adaptation Hub, one of the main outcomes of the UNTWIST project. This web-based platform is designed to support scientists, farmers, and the wider public in exploring, researching, and applying knowledge about Camelina sativa. The Hub brings together advanced tools, curated data, and interactive visualizations, making complex genetic and phenotypic information accessible and actionable.
The Hub allows users to explore genetic diversity, perform genome-wide association studies (GWAS), identify significant genetic variations, and annotate genomic targets. Visual tools make it easy to compare traits, understand patterns, and gain insights into Camelina adaptation.
A key feature is the Downloads Module, which lets users access study-specific experimental data along with detailed metadata. Users can:
- Browse studies and select experiments and assays.
- View experiment details such as locations, treatments, plant tissues, and time points.
- Download data in TSV format, which preserve metadata and experimental context for reproducibility.
The platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, providing the scientific community with a centralized resource for accessing high-quality Camelina datasets. By combining data, tools, and clear documentation, the Hub encourages collaboration, accelerates research, and supports the development of new knowledge in plant science and agriculture.
